Daily Check List for Illinois

Does any one have a daily check list that they used for a daycare home for Illinois? It’s the check list that list everything that you check before you open your daycare. Hope someone can help out, thanks in advance!

I just printed out at a list of what I checked for, when I would do the check, and added a yearly calendar. I circle to mark days I'm open and checked and x out days I'm closed.
