I know I saw a thread about what to include in the new child enrollment packet, and now I cant find it. :-(. What forms do ya'll include in your enrollment packets? Thanks in advance :-)
What do you have in your welcome packet/folder??? I have 2 interviews tomorrow and another 1 on Friday. Right now I only have my Contract/Handbook (they are 1 in the same) and my business card. I want to add more to it since it seems a little boring right now. Really wanting to stick out but I'm stuck on what else to add.

Just curious :) I'm in the process of trying to chase down everyone paperwork and make sure it's all filled out completely and properly. I also don't like some of the forms I've been using, so I'm curious. Also, is your contract like and where did you get it from (or did you make it up yourself?)?
Here in Illinois we have to include a summary of DCFS licensing standards that they have to fill out the back page and return for my files. I don't know if TX has something similar.
