Sample Contract Teacher's Child

Is there a sample contract out there for a teacher's child? For now, I'm planning to only keep children of teachers or public school employees. I don't intend on charging for the summer.

I would just use a regular contract and edit a few things.

Be sure you have the dates the care will start and end and edit to say they aren't required to pay a holding fee for the summer.
