I Need a Polite and Nice Way to Write a 2 Weeks Notice

I am a child care provider, who has a single parent with a 3 1/2 year old son who is a government contractor. When I first began watching this lady's child she worked regular hours and I was not watching him on the weekends. Now she works odd hours and she is invading my weekends with my kids, Please help me and give me advice on how to give this family a 2 weeks notice.
