    Cheese Enchiladas

I am so happy that I just had to share. I made these cheese enchiladas for the first time today. They came out SO delicious!

The recipe said that it would make 12 of them but I could only have fit 10 in my pan. Also the recipe called for 1-1 1/2 cups of cheese...I used a full 2 cups. ::

Like I said, I just had to share!

Looks delicious! Were they hard to make? Will you please share the recipe?
Give a little love to a child, and you get a great deal back.

        ooohhhh those look divine.

i bet they'd be nasty with not-cheese though.

        *sigh*

I miss cheese...(and sour cream and cottage cheese and ice cream and cream cheese)
Hee hee! Look, I have a signature!

I wish I could take credit for this but I can't

          Here is the link:

This is an adopted recipe. I have updated the recipe to clarify directions. This can also be made with leftover chicken if desired. :)

I just used the green sauce
