    I do not measure anything I just add what I think is right.


    Chop up some cabbage
    Chop up some sweet onion (you can omit if you want)

    Boil up your egg noodles.

    Fry the cabbage and onion in a pan with some olive oil.

    When the noodles are done drain them and add to the pan of cabbage and onion. Fry it up. Salt and pepper to taste.

    Great side dish or if you are like me you can eat it for a meal.

    That sounds good! One of our regular sides with dinner in the winter is what we call "frazzled cabbage". It's a head of cabbage thinly sliced browned in butter and then seasoned with a bit of salt and pepper. SO YUM!
