    YUM! Orzo Recipe

Brown a couple of Turkey Italian Sausage links, set aside

Heat some olive oil in the pan, add 3 cloves minced garlic, heat to fragrance only
Add 8 oz can tomato sauce
    3 cans water
    1/2 lb Orzo

Reduce heat to low, stir often. Chop up sausage, add back to pan, cooks about 45 minutes until all liquid is absorbed. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with a sprinkle of parmesan. If I had any fresh basil on hand I would have added that, but maybe next time.

Sounds plain, but it was really, really good. All the kids had 2nds...
