I made these for the first time today, and they were a huge hit! My group loves regular cheese quesadillas, so we have them fairly often. Yesterday, my grandson (4) was telling me his dad makes pizza grilled cheese for him, and it made me think of trying it with quesadillas. I put pizza sauce, provolone slices, and mini pepperonis in flour tortillas, and cooked them like my usual quesadillas. My group all ate them up and some asked for seconds.
