Do You Have A Recipe For Corn & Black Bean Salad?

I have been basically doing either corn, beans, red bell pepper and a little taco seasoning or corn, beans, red bell pepper and a little vinegar and sugar or corn, cucumber and a little vinegar and sugar. No real recipe, just toss it together. I haven't loved any of them, they're all just okay. Kids haven't expressed feelings one way or the other. Sure would like it to taste great and for them to clean it out when we have it next. How do you make yours?

I make something similar using corn, black beans, diced up avocado, and salsa. Sometimes I add diced peppers. I use it more like a dip than a salad so I'm not sure if that's the kind of thing you're looking for but it's pretty good.

How about adding lime and a little cumin?

I don't have it handy, but we use a cowboy caviar recipe and wing it from there.
