We have tons of kale growing in our garden and I have no idea what to do with it besides use some in salads.

I've never eaten kale but I've heard that making kale chips is something the kids love!!
You'll need to Google a recipe though because I have no idea...

Yes. I'm yelling!!!!!!
Rinse (I only rinse if it's from my own garden because I'm an organic Gardner. )
Or wash well and rinse.
Tear into strips or chunks.
Spray or drizzle w good olive oil.
(I use a presto pump up sprayer and dipping olive oil)
Sprinkle w sea salt.
Bake about 270-320 depending on humidity for 10-30 minutes. Keep a close eye on them. They go from OMg yum to charcoal in moments.
I'm sure there are more technical recipes but this is how I do it.Comment

I like to add to salads, pasta sauce, and use in place of lettuce in wraps and sandwiches. One our of favorite wraps is a whole wheat tortilla, with hummus sliced turkey and kale.
I tried the chips and no one (myself included) liked them
