    Chicken Puffs - Yumm-O!

Here is my recipe for Chicken Puffs. You can use ham or turkey as well. I apologize that I don’t have measurements. My grandmother never used them and my mother doesn’t either. If you have any questions, please contact me!

    Chicken Puffs
Chicken boiled in chicken stock or broth-cooled and shredded
    4 oz of Cream Cheese-softened
    Green Onion
    About 1 tablespoon of butter-melted
    Crescent rolls
    Egg wash

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix by hand the first 4 ingredients. Take one rectangle of the rolls (2 triangles) and place a small palm full (or as much as you like) on the roll. Fold all around to make a “puff” When all puffs are done, place on a sprayed cookie sheet. Brush on egg wash. Bake at 350 for about 15 mins. Enjoy!

I make these too. I mix a can of cream of chicken soup w/ milk for a gravy to serve with to go over the top.

I made these the other night. They were very good, and surprisingly easy. I used chicken, cream of chicken soup, peas, carrots and corn. It was like a chicken pot pie, without the pot. YUMMY!
