    Menu next week anyone?

Does anyone have their menu prepared for next week by chance?

    I need some ideas.

I know we have a thread like this in the food subforum, but I feel like it gets much better traffic (and more ideas!) when it is in the main forum. I know I could certainly use new ideas

    Monday:
B - Multigrain waffle and grape halves
L - Breakfast for lunch: Scrambled eggs (made with broccoli and ham) toast, steamed butternut squash and pineapple
S - Garlic triscuits and black beans

    Tuesday:
    B: Cheerios and peach slices
L - Turkey tacos (seasoned ground turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato, tortilla shell) corn and bell pepper slices
    S - Natural/unsweetened applesauce and graham crackers

    Wednesday:
    B - Yogurt and granola
L - Meatballs with marinara sauce, wheat roll, mixed vegetables and mango
S - Ants on a log (celery, PB and raisins)

    Thursday:
    B - Cinnamon raisin oatmeal
L - PB and honey sandwich, peas and apple slices
S - Brown rice/5 seed crackers and grapes

    Friday:
B - English muffin and scrambled eggs
L: Homemade mac and cheese (made with squash and carrot vegetable noodles) with ham, steamed broccoli and cauliflower
S - Apple and cucumber slices

        B-oatmeal & blueberries, yogurt, milk
L-roast chicken (crockpot), herbed BR rice/white rice, fresh raspberries & bananas, steamed carrots, milk
S-Annie's bunny crackers, string cheese, water

        B-Organic O's with bananas, milk
L-homemade chicken (chicken left from Monday) Alfredo (found out hm Alfredo sauce is so easy) w/ pasta, steamed peas, watermelon, milk
S-peanut butter and jam roll-ups with organic tortillas, grapes, water

B-breakfast cookies (the recipe with 2 C oats, 3 mashed bananas, 1/3 C applesauce, vanilla I add craisins too, bake 350 for 12 min), milk
L-scrambled eggs, homemade sweet potato American fries , toast, fresh fruit salad with pineapple, honey dew melon, raspberries, milk
S-smoothies made with frozen banana chunks, frozen blueberries and frozen strawberries and yogurt (makes a thick almost ice cream like snack)

        B-organic O's, watermelon, milk
L-grilled turkey and cheese, steamed green beans, homemade chunky applesauce, milk
S-no bake cookies made with less sugar, milk

        B-leftover chunky applesauce, toast, milk
L-chicken chili, cornbread, cukes and dip, cantaloupe, milk
        S-cheese and crackers

I'm glad I can now be almost 90% organic as Walmart now has it's own line, Aldi's has for awhile, a health store opened a year ago ( where I get great bread) and I can get to a food co-op every few weeks. About the only thing that isn't is cheese, and some fresh fruit. All frozen fruit and veggies are.

Sounds so good everybody. I haven't thought that far ahead yet.
I think salmon is on the menu for lunch tomorrow but that's all I got.

I moved your thread to the "Menu's" section of the forum.

It was posted in the general area so you may not get many replies...
