    Sample Menus

    Hi all,

    Could someone show me some example menus they have? I am trying to find things that are easy to prepare, can be prepared in the morning as much as possible or crockpot. My kitchen is small and the kids will have to come in there with me while I prepare as I do not have supervision if they were in the other room. I am trying to find things I can get done in less than 10 minutes while the kids are with me (if mostly prepared ahead of time).
