Mexican Pizza

[Candyland]

On a flour tortilla (you can use wheat)...Top with a bit of tomato sauce, cooked ground turkey or beef and some shredded cheese.
Heat in a skillet so that the bottom browns and the cheese melts.
Have diced tomates and shredded lettuce available for topping.
Using a pizza cutter; slice into quarters. Mmmm good!
