    Skillet Lasagna

My kids love this and it tastes like traditional lasagna. Brown your hamburger, I usually use about 1 lb. After the hamburger is fully cooked add a jar of spaghetti sauce. At this point you can add lasagna noodles, cover and let simmer until noodles are done (the way my sister does it), or I usually go ahead and boil my noodles (I break each noodle into either halfs or quarters before boiling) while Im browning the hamburger and then I put the fully cooked noodles in with the hamburger and spaghetti sauce, add 8 oz of mozzarella cheese and 6-8 oz of cottage cheese stir together until all of the cheese is melted and you end up with very tasty lasagna.

It's funny that I saw this post today - that's what I'm making for dinner tonight! It's so easy and it does taste just like lasagna .
