    Kale Chips

These are so good! My kids won't stop eating them

    1 bunch of Kale
    2 TBSP olive oil
    1 tsp salt

wash and dry kale, remove bottom part of the stem, cut into small bite size pieces. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle on the salt. Bake at 350 about 15-20 minutes until crispy. Enjoy-these are crunchy like potato chips! YUM

*I added a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese before baking and that was great too!

You can use even less oil too if you rub the kale with oily hands instead of drizzling. Kale chips are a weekly staple here. My kids love them. I sprinkle them with parm or organic popcorn seasoning too.

Sounds gross...and I am a vegetarian who eats lots of veggie/bean type stuff! I do believe you that it is good.

I think i will be growing kale in the day care garden this spring!

I would be thrilled if the dock liked this. Thanks.

I've been hearing a lot about kale chips lately. Seems like I should probably give it a try.
