    HM Chicken Nuggets

this is a really good chicken nugget, and my kids never leave 1 behind.
    cut up chicken breast
coat in honey mustard(I dont even like honey mustard, but it tastes so different after its cooked)
and coat in Panko, and bake. These have a great sweeter flavor.

Sweet potatoes are also a favorite served with this, I cut them up and steam them and sprinkle in cinnamon and sugar, and they all eat them.

Yum! That sounds delish! I normally just do flour, egg, then seasoned fresh breadcrumbs but I think I'll throw in the mustard next time.

we have used Panko but have also just used regular bread crumbs. I have never used the honey mustard tho, we'll have to try it! We just dip our (slightly damp still) cut up chix pieces into the crumbs and bake. Fish is really good this way too. We do add a little bit of seasoning (salt and pepper).

What I usually do is just dredge chicken pieces in a little egg, coat in breadcrumb mixture with sometimes bran or ground flax mixed in. They are really good and my DD loves them, I do not have honey mustard, but I do have some regular honey! I may just try that and see how it turns out!! Thanks for the tip!!
