    Pumpkin Muffins/Cupcakes

Okay, so this may not be the most healthy recipe BUT IT is so EASY!!!!

    And yummy

1 package of yellow or vanilla cake mix
1 tin of pumpkin pie filling (or make your own with a small cooking pumpkin)

Mix both together add a pinch of cinnamon

Bake for 25 mins at 350

Do not add oil, water, or eggs

Top with icing sugar or cream cheese icing

They turned out so yummy, moist and easy for the kids to make

I love this recipe. I use a spice cake mix instead of white. It's ok with chocolate, but I'm not a lover of chocolate cake.

I would assume a small can (15ish oz). So, about half of your can.
Hee hee! Look, I have a signature!

I made this and added :

                    Cinnamon
                    pumpkin pie spice
                    raisins or craisins

And it was delicious! Thank you for the recipe and idea!

my kids didn't like it, I may try it again, I think I added too much pumpkin.
