If I have a tree cut down and buy new landscape rock, how do I deduct that? Thanks!

Cutting down a tree would be consider a maintenance expense. Multiply it by your time-space% and claim it in one year.
You can't deduct landscape rock as it's considered part of the land and land is not deductible.
