    Finding a Tax Professional

I don't even know where to begin looking for someone come tax time that knows all about home childcare business. Any suggestions on where to look? And will I claim my business stuff with my husband as a joint return as usual or will I do all of that separate? I need to get some of Tom Copelands books. Is there a Taxes for Dummies!? I need that one!

File joint taxes with your husband, as you have done in the past. I posted a directory of tax preparers at http://nafcc.org/index.php?option=co...297&Itemid=105

My book Family Child Care Tax Workbook and Organizer will take you through each tax form, line by line and is updated every year. My Family Child Care Record Keeping Guide lists over 1,000 allowable deductions and describes how to keep records.
