    parent tax form

Otherwise she refused to give me her tax ID number so I could complete my taxes. Has anyone heard of this before in an LLC?
Parents are supposed to give providers the W-10 form to get the provider's identification number. Without giving her this form, the provider is not required to give you anything.

This is my first year but no parent has asked me for anything.

I currently have it set up in Brightwheel so they can track and print a copy of their payment history and my EIN is on each invoice.

Going forward I am switching to checks and bank transfers what do you all use so parents can track payments?

I have two dcps who companies pay childcare cost at present I do not need to do anything with Brightwheel but would need something both monthly and I am guessing for taxes similar to this thread.

Yup. I am not required to give you a total. I do, because I need to for my own purposes anyway.

Their own cancelled checks or bank statements?

I have a printable copy of a generic statement that I keep on hand. I print it with what the parent contractually pays me. I don't give itemized statements mid-year for any reason.
