Tree Removal For Extra Parking

we had 3 tree's cut down and removed it costs us a lil over 2400
this made more parking space for parents.
can i write off 100%??

My guess would be it would have to be depreciated as a land improvement at t/s%, because you may have company over for Christmas dinner and they park there.
