So my upstairs is off limits, besides the bathroom. My son's room, however (that is upstairs), houses many of the toys we rotate into the daycare. So, would his room count in the t/s %? My guess is yes, but I just wanted to be sure.

If you go up to your son's bedroom two or three times a week to take out toys, etc. then this room would be considered regular use, so count it.
