    Closing....How to Keep Records???

Everything is stored on Minute Menu. I obviously don't want to pay to renew once I close.

Should I print each years documents to be able to have in case I need wtihin the next 7 years for IRS??? If so, what exactly should I print and keep???

You can download to PDF, then to keychain zipdrive.
    - Unless otherwise stated, all my posts are personal opinion and worth what you paid for them.

You only need to keep records for 3 years. Minute Menu will save your records for 4 years. The reports you want to keep are: Depreciation Report, Schedule C Detailed Expenses, Form 8829 Detailed Expenses, Vehicle Mileage, Standard Meal Allowance, Time-Space % Calculation, Time-Space Hours Present, Time-Space Other Hours.
