I have a question,
I am on a budget, so my electric/gas bill (they are the same bill) are the same every month for the year.
When claiming the % of this, would you use the ACTUAL usage, or the budget amount paid monthly? In August of the year, they recalculate based on whether you owe or have a credit, and adjust the bill for the upcoming year. So you end up paying the correct amount in the end.
AND...
For using the standard meal allowance, I understand it's the meals you ACTUALLY feed. But what about when you purchase stuff, and they dont come that day or week because of illness or something. And the food spoils. Can you still claim for the days you are open and they are supposed to be there?
