Enrollment Tracking Software?

Hello- I was wanting to know what enrollment tools, software or systems others centers use. Currently, I do the enrollment by hand (i know, it sounds crazy) and we are expanding our business and wanted to see what programs are out there that we could convert to... I just need something like an excel sheet for DOB and when kids would move to the next room and how many spaces we have available at a certain time.
