Am I able to deduct house expenses even though I am not on the mortgage? The house is in my fiancé's (of 7 years) name only. Thanks!!
Since you are not married, you can only deduct expenses you actually pay for: utilities, house repairs. Not property tax, mortgage, house insurance or house depreciation.
