Yes, if you are the only owner.

I have not files anything with state to be a sole prop.. Is this what everyone else put?

On your EIN, you can be the only sole owner,but then if it is you and your hubby, or you and your sister you would not be sole. Get what I am saying?

childcare and if there is no childcare, then click other. I called the IRS and the lady filled all mine out. It took about 3 minutes. And I got my EIN number from her in the 3 minutes

I got it now thanks!! I did other and put childcare provider. now to find a form to give parents
