Do the hours spent cutting and trimming the lawn as well as other landscaping work apply to my business hours?

You can only count hours spent on activities that you wouldn't otherwise be doing if you weren't in business. So, since you would still be mowing your lawn and doing landscaping if you weren't in business, don't count these hours. Unless - the landscaping was somehow directly related to your business.
