Doing The Business Form AND Itemizing

Can you do both? How much do we need to have for deductions to be able to itemize? And does being a business counteract that in some way, such as property taxes because that can be counted in our T/S for the business.

Thank you for any help you can give!!

You should always claim the time-space % of your house expenses on Form 8829, including property tax and mortgage interest. The rest of these two expenses you may be able to claim on Schedule A and itemize.
