Can you claim t-shirts you had made for your business with your business name on them and scrub pants as part as your uniform?

You can deduct 100% of the cost of the t-shirts as advertising. You can't deduct the pants, unless they are of the type that are not suitable to be worn outside of your home. Clothing is not deductible unless it's a uniform. A uniform is something that is not suitable to be worn outside the home (like a fireman's or police uniform).
