While using TurboTax do you have to figure out the amounts using t/s % for supplies, utilities, mortgage insurance, etc before entering ALL of them into Turbotax. Is there any areas where Turbotax figures the amount out for you using the %?

In the home office area, there is a button to click for daycare. Going on from there it will let you put in square footage and time. That works for your utilities and such.

You must determine the business portion of supplies and other non house expenses before entering them into Turbo Tax. But, for house expenses (property tax, mortgage interest, utilities, house insurance, house repairs and house depreciation ) TurboTax will use your time-space %.
