    Minute Menu Question-Daily Hours Worked?

In all of the reports that are available on Minute Menu, is there any of them that will tell me exactly what times I had kids present, without having to go back and look at the calendar for each day? Thanks!

Yes. Go to the Accounting Section. Then click on Reports. Then click on Hours Children Present.

Or, go to the Accounting Section. Then click on Time-Space Percentage. Then click on Hours Children Present.

      Clarification

I meant what time my first child showed up and what time my last child left for each day, not a total number of hours worked. example: 8:15am-5:47pm

The reports I mentioned will tell you how many hours each day children were in your care, by taking the moment the first child arrived until the last child left. So, it will count nine hours and 32 minutes.

If you want to know the time the first child showed up on a particular day, you'd need to look at your attendance records. If you want to know how many hours you worked each day, you'd have to look at your daily attendance records. There is no report that would say you worked 9 hours and five minutes on Monday and nine hours and 10 minutes on Tuesday.
