I have been using Minute Menu Kids since the beginning of the year and have played around with the reports a little. One thing I'm not finding is the ability to view a profit & loss report. Is this available within the software?

I have been using Minute Menu Kids since the beginning of the year and have played around with the reports a little. One thing I'm not finding is the ability to view a profit & loss report. Is this available within the software?

Print out the Schedule C report. It will show income and all expenses except food and car and depreciation. That's because there are several ways to deduct these expenses. If you use the numbers from the Standard Meal Allowance report, the Vehicle Expenses report and the Depreciation Worksheet, you will see what your profit or loss is. The depreciation worksheet won't show you what your depreciation deduction will be because there are different ways to claim depreciation.
