Just wondering if referral bonuses are deductible? I see a place on taxes for this deduction, but just want to make sure. I'm sure there are others here that give a monetary gift for referrals, so maybe this will help someone else out as well. Thanks!

If you give parents, or anyone else, cash for sending your a referral, it's 100% tax deductible. If you give them free child care, the value of the free care is not deductible.
