Should items such as electric/water/internet/TV/etc go under "utilities" on form 8829 or is it ok if I use the time/space % and put that amount on schedule C? Can they all be grouped together?

You must put utilities on Form 8829 unless you do child care in a home you don't live in. The reason is that you can't claim utilities and other house expenses on Form 8829 if they create or increase a loss. Because it's possible you might not be able to claim them, they must go on Form 8829, not Schedule C.- Flag
