entering receipts for remodeling

I have 3 different remodeling projects that got done in 2014 that have to do with my childcare (Kitchen, Laundry, actual childcare room). I grouped the receipts into each project but do I enter each receipt separately into MMK or add each project up and just put the total. Each project has tools rented or bought, hired work, materials bought. Would this go under Home Improvement and depreciated 39 years?

You can lump these expenses together by project and depreciate them over 39 years.
