more tax questions

While I wait for my tax companion to arrive(backordered) I am curious if the workbook and organizer really are good enough to help us do our own taxes this year...we have had a n accountant for several years but are getting leary of them since in July they said we owed almost $400.00 more(than already paid) and two weeks later got a check for $1200.00. Other than some stocks my husband has, he sold part of a very small IRA to make ends meet this past year.. We are also one of those families without Obama care...no $$$ ofr it! so I know there are supposed to fines for not having that....are these things addressed in the books?Thanks all I have been a
memeber but keep loosing PW and messing up trying to log in ....

My tax books address all the issues specific to family child care providers. It doesn't cover the tax credits involved with the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare), or the sale of stock.
