No. You dont even need to supply the total paid out by each family at all but most do as a courtesy but you most definitely do not have to break it down per sibling.

Yes, this exactly. You don't have to supply the total unless a parent asks and provides the W-2. I give them a W-2 with their total and have them sign a duplicate that gets filed with their paperwork.
