Going Paperless…. Can We With The Daycare??

I have gone paperless on so many bills/statements but now wondering how that affects my daycare taxes. Is a one page printout of the years payment history from the utility company OR from a bank account enough??

For instance in my online banking I can type in the name of my water company and all those payments will come up - can print on one page. Many utility companies websites can do the same - not having to print the whole 3 page bill. Is that sufficient?? I really don't want to print every month's bill - kind of defeats the purpose of going paperless, LOL!

This is not a problem. Online statements that show a record of payment will meet the IRS standard of having an adequate record. In an audit you may be asked to print out the 3 page bill, but I wouldn't worry about this now.
