Is there a income statement in minute menu kids and if so where do I find it

What sort of income statement are you looking for? Under the "Reports" area, there is a "Statement of Payments" option which will give you a .pdf of all payments that you have received and a total at the end. Hope that's what you are looking for.

I am looking for something that lists the income and subtracts the expenses

Under the "Reports" section is a Schedule C option. I believe this will hve you everything you are looking for. It takes all your income, deducts all expenses except Food Program and Milage, and gives you a .pdf report.
