Can I claim a % of a company coming out and spraying to kill all of the vines in the backyard daycare area? If it weren't for the daycare we honestly wouldn't have it done.

Claim this as a house maintenance expense. Deduct the time-space % of the cost, assuming you also use the area for personal purposes. If it's only used for daycare, deduct 100% of the cost. Claim this on Form 8829.
