    How to figure T/S

I use 3 rooms of my house 100% DC, the rest of my house is not used for DC. How do I figure out the TS% when it is like this.

Also, I have more than 50% of my garage as DC storage, can I also account for that as part of the square footage of my home?

so if the total SqFt of my home is 3000 SF and that includes my garage, is that ok, or can I only include the actual house.

You should always include the space in a garage or basement as part of the total square feet of your home. Most providers use these areas on a regular basis for their business (car, tools, garbage can, garden tools, etc.). Here's an article about how to calculate your time-space%: http://www.tomcopelandblog.com/2011/...tage-quiz.html
