    What to use as deductions

I was told I should save receipts of literally everything for my daycare taxes (for 2015 since I started a month ago). Does this include toilet paper, salt for ice, vacuum, food, stuff like this or am I limited to toys and daycare supplies?

No, save receipts for everything and also document any the times you have children in care and the time you spend doing daycare things after hours like planning, paperwork, interviews, phone calls etc. At the end of the year you will use the time you spend doing daycare and the space you use for daycare to come up with a percentage. That percentage will be the percent you get to claim for items in your home that you also use.

You should save your receipts and other tax records from 2014 until April 15, 2018 (3 years after the deadline to file your 2014 taxes). This includes everything you list. But, you don't need to save food receipts at all, if you use the standard meal allowance method of claiming food expenses.
