    Figuring out Paper/cleaning products

How do you guys figure out how much paper and cleaning products you use for the childcare?

I use way more toilet paper/paper towels then I would for my family. Also, I'm cleaning way more with the childcare then with my family.

Is there a way to figure this out accurately or should it just be 100% business since usage is much more?

Go into the Time-Space section of Minute Menu (under Accounting). Under Space, enter the square feet you use on a regular basis in your business (often all the space). Under Hours Children Present, choose Child Attendance which will total up all the hours you care for children. Under Hours Activities, enter the hours you do business work in your home when children are not present. Here's an instructional video I did showing how to trace these extra hours:http://www.tomcopelandblog.com/2013/...-kids-pro.html

I also offer a service for providers using Minute Menu Kids Pro to help them take advantage of the many features of the software. For details: http://www.tomcopelandblog.com/2013/...u-and-you.html
