I'm assuming you bought this stuff in 2013. Use your time-space % on all the items because I'm assuming they are used by both your business and your family.
Use the 50% bonus rule and depreciate the lawn mower over 7 years. Claim the front door, cement and faucet as maintenance on Form 8829 and deduct it in one year.
