A Room Only Used 100% By Daycare

I have one room in my home used 100% by the daycare, 0% by our family. I was reading Tom's blog last night and saw that you claim that space a little differently, but now I can't find it.
Does anyone know about this??

My basement is 100% but I just hand that info over to the accountant, sorry. It has to do with deduction formulas at 100% instead of time/space % for that square footage. Go to Tom's blog and do a search I'm sure he has it covered there somewhere.
