Paperwork! UGH!

I did daycare 10 years ago and am embarking on getting my license again to keep two children. I kept 1 full-time and 1 part-time 10 years ago but that was because my children were also small. If I remember right the paperwork for taxes and whatnot was crazy even for just a couple children! I had some of Tom Copeland's books and his Calendar Keeper. I want an easier way. Is there an online program or something easier? We all know keeping receipts and doing it by hand is sometimes great but I have found if I go back sometimes those receipts have faded and you can't read them. I'm willing to do a little of both.

NO WAY I could live without it. My food program gives it to me for free but you can buy it and use it on your own if your food program doesn't use it or give it out.
