Q: Paid my child to work for me

So i paid my daughter to help me in the day care over the last year. She is 13. I paid her in items and cash. Total was $2500 over the year.

Do any of you pay your own kids to work for you and what forms do you need to fill out?
Where do you record it on your tax forms?
