also we put a deck up sround our pool and put stones all around it with edging. can i write off the deck and the landscaping items assciated with it?

and i did stones all around the back of my house with edging and some trees.

where do i place this and what kind of deprciation do i use?

Deck, etc.

You can depreciate the deck as a home improvement over 39 years. Claim on Form 4562. You can deduct the stones, edging and trees as land improvements over 15 years on Form 4562.
